Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation or order-status page for the latest carrier updates.
Finding your tracking details
- Open the shipping confirmation sent to the email used at checkout.
- Select the tracking or order-status link.
- Check that the delivery address and carrier reference match your order.
If tracking has not updated
Carriers can take time to record the first scan. If the information remains unavailable or the parcel appears delayed, contact PixCrave with your order number so the order facts can be reviewed.
Protect your information
PixCrave support may ask for your order number and delivery details, but never send payment-card or banking information through the contact form.
